The duties are listed below:

• Answer all phone calls, emails, and any other technician or customer questions quickly and efficiently.

• Correctly Input all customer data into a service specific software system and be able to check job tickets for correctness on this system.

• Work with the FIR department to ensure proper customer communication, follow up and customer experience.

• Participate in the management process of our Customer Retention program.

Successful candidates should possess the following skills:

• Customer Service, Business, Attention to detail, Analytical, Computer proficient, Ability to multi-task.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing solve residential and commercial plumbing problems. We opened operations in 1994 with 2 plumbing trucks. Today, we have over 80 vehicles on the road, 129 employees and we serve all of NE Ohio, Columbus and Toledo. We are currently looking for top shelf, motivated individuals that are looking to get hands on experience in a company where they can learn first-hand what a customer wants and how marketing works.
