About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Executive to become an integral part of our executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial direction of a company poised to undergo an initial public offering (IPO). The ideal candidate will possess significant experience as a CFO in a publicly traded insurance organization and demonstrate a humble, service-oriented leadership style.

You will play a critical role in strategic financial planning, financial risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the financial facets of our ambitious expansion strategy aimed at becoming a leading regional insurer.
