Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Operations for multiple departments such as Fabrication, Heavy Machinery Repair, Paint Shop and more
  • Project planning and determining workforce requirements
  • Working in a leadership capacity, determining goals as well as comprehensive plans
  • Working with a variety of vendors and relationship building
  • Managing budgets, foreseeing constraints, tracking budgets
  • Continual evaluation of Risk Management
Qualifications:
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering is required
  • Previous ERP system is required
Experience:
  • Five years of experience
Employment Type:
  • Direct hire
Compensation:
  • $120,000 to $130,000 per year
Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
