Coverage Needed: June 30th (6A) - July 5th (6A) Clinical Information: EMR:eCW for outpatient and Meditech for inpatient Daily patient volume 11 3-7 deliveries per day Support Facility nursing unit staffing Required: BC or BE Active VA license DEA/CSR DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
