Role: Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Scrum Master

Location: Denver Metro Area

*Please note: This role is not eligiblefor remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Denver Metro Area and willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Denver office up to 5 days a week.

The Scrum Master position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value.

What You'll Do
• Support the Slalom and client team using Scrum Master best practices
• Help the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or another period)
• Facilitate the daily standup/daily scrum and help the team reach a consensus
• Help the team make progress by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks and help remove any obstacles to the team members' progress

What You'll Bring
• 3+ years Scrum Master experience
• Strong Executive presence required
• Local to Denver, ability to be onsite daily
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Independence and Judgment - Strong ability to work independently with little manager oversight, and exercises exceptional judgment when interpreting issues, problems, or opportunities.

• Build and Maintain Relationships - Strong ability to build and maintain rapport and trust by building strong relationships with direct team, leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
• Team Player - Highly effective amongst multiple individuals at various levels. Diplomatic and comfortable in sharing ideas and solving problems in a collaborative environment.
• Communication - Displays exceptional verbal, written and listing for understanding skills. Strong ability to tailor communication style to specific audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $50 to $60/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
