The Level 2 Trainer shall possess the following capabilities:

Description:
Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
The Level 2 Trainer shall possess the following capabilities:
- Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
- Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
- 5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
- Experience with administrating virtual training
- Ability to travel
- SIGINT and C++ experience
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs; performing Instructional Design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
- A Master's Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3).
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
- SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; 3 Years.
