Position Overview

Primary Role & Responsibilities:
• The Project Management area is responsible for leading a team, typically cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals and requirements. Work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and control the project. Manage resources, budget, cost, time, quality, risks and other constraints.
• Accountable for operational execution of project activities, working with multiple Agile Release Trains / leads
• Manages and accountable for the project plan, project issues including 5 Why RCA and corrective actions, status reporting, change management, risk and mitigation plans.
• Manages status, escalations, and communication within Vitech and to/from client management executives.
• Coordinates with Product, Training, IT, Cloud Ops, Security, and Finance teams as needed.
• Track and manage all project costs and financials, including earned/non-earned/WIP models.
• Coordinate and lead project/scrum meetings and publish/track notes/action items
• Work closely with competency leads from Solution, Engineering, and QA
• Responsible for maintaining project documentation including Sharepoint documents, JIRA tickets, hours tracking, hours drawdown, T&M billing/invoicing, and milestone invoices.
• Coordinates with legal and sales ops on SOWs, Change Requests, and amendments as needed Participates in formal agile ceremonies, PIs, and scrums as needed. Coaches and guides project resources through sprints.
• Responsibilities may be across one or more projects
• Daily

o Project oversight/status/deliverables including:

o Releases

o Product Issues/Enhancements

o Hot Items

o Publish action items/meeting minutes where applicable

o Mentor and manage deputy PMs and others

o Advocate for change by holding competencies accountable

o Monitoring and tracking project risks; appending/updating VCI
• Weekly

o Review Hours Tracking for accuracy/updates

o Update project-level VCIs

o Update client-level VCI for Troubled Accounts

o Assess New Revenue Opportunities; Advising SFDC updates

o Update financial models (incl. WIPS) for any changes

o Facilitate internal Leadership meeting

o Create Project Status report & present details at client meeting

o Release prioritization and planning

o Attend and prepare for internal Customer Touchpoint meeting

o Review project financials (as published in PowerBI)
• Monthly

o Perform client billings/update VCI Hours Remaining

o Review, update and publish financial models

o Review annual and project financials against budget/prior publish

o Present project status at client Steering Committee meeting (may be quarterly)

o Update the Go Lives Slide for Executive Management

o Resource allocation/needs

o Assess progress against Balanced Scorecard/North Star Objectives/Goals

o Project productivity/efficiency (e.g. effort per ticket)

Qualifications:
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• PMI Certification preferred
• Agile experience preferred
