About the Role
You will lead and execute Neon's mid-market B2B sales strategy. You are responsible for identifying and reaching out to new prospects, building new sales channels, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to create a cohesive strategy that aligns with Neon's business objectives. You are skilled in managing the end-to-end sales cycle and excel in closing deals that expand our reach and influence within the gaming industry.

- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting mid-market clients, generating new business opportunities, and growing revenue.
- Identify and Build New Sales Channels: Establish and expand sales channels that align with Neon's strategic objectives, leveraging networking, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing deals, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop Relationships with Key Prospects: Engage with mid-market decision-makers, understand their needs, and communicate how Neon's products and services can deliver value.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and communicate insights that inform broader company strategies.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Develop and refine scalable sales processes and systems, including CRM management, sales documentation, and reporting best practices.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 6+ Years of Sales Experience: You have a proven track record of managing the sales process end-to-end in a mid-market environment, with a focus on identifying prospects and closing deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in gaming, ecommerce, or technology sectors, with a strong understanding of industry trends and key players.
- Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strategic & Analytical Approach: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities and performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating in a startup environment and capable of building sales processes from the ground up.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand Neon's products, as well as the technical aspects of the gaming ecosystem.
