ECHO is hiring a new HRIS Analyst! This role will involve managing all HRIS operations within the UKG HRIS, timekeeping, and payroll systems. The HRIS Analyst will oversee the organization's HRIS, driving process improvements within the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify, enhance, and scale processes, procedures, and system functionality in support of our growing organization.
This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides expertise in HRIS and timekeeping solutions, payroll, system reporting and analytics.
- Demonstrates expertise in working with vendors on RFP and RFQ processes, particularly for system changes, upgrades, or the evaluation of new systems.
- Advises the Payroll Team on best practice on payroll configuration.
- Acts as a strategic partner to the Human Resources leaders to determine how best to support the organization through HRIS and payroll data.
- Understands and manages KPIs, assists in developing dashboards, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Assesses HRIS system and user utilization to help identify and recommend training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.
- Develops and maintains HRIS solution standards and controls to ensure data integrity, security, and ongoing functionality.
- Creates and maintains both standard and custom reports to fulfill the reporting needs across all levels of the company.
- Ensures that all reports are delivered promptly, utilizing high-quality data presented in a clear and logical format.
- Leads HRIS related projects relating to system upgrades, modifications, enhancements, and integrations for existing applications, as well as new system implementations.
- Provides ongoing assistance to users of HRIS systems and assists with developing and delivering user training.
- Supports the administration of our HR applications, including but not limited to role and security provisioning, data corrections, and workflow reviews.
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
Job Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HRIS required.
- Previous HRIS experience in UKG, with documented skills in HRIS data reporting and analytics.
- Working knowledge of timekeeping systems is required. UTM preferred.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing, tax principles, and wage and hour law preferred.
- System optimization and improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Prior experience with implementations is desirable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
- Capable of working independently.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing complex issues.
- Self-motivated, confident, and ethical.
- Able to uphold confidentiality.
