Axion Ray is currently in search of a highly-proficient Revenue Operations Manager, to support the operations and infrastructure of our GTM function across marketing and sales as we scale. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of marketing and sales automation, coupled with substantial experience in utilizing key platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, RingLead, Chilipiper, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
As the first Revenue Operations Manager hire, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless functioning of our end to end campaigns and identifying strategic avenues for organizational growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will work in a senior IC capacity.

What you'll do:
Sales Operations:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their processes and requirements.
- Manage and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Salesforce development expertise to enhance system capabilities.
- Integrate and configure tools such as Slack, Avoma, and other technologies to streamline workflows.
- Build out and optimize workflows, configuring screens, and defining required fields for an improved user experience.
- Establish and monitor quarterly targets, collaborating with sales leadership to drive achievement.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales dashboards and reports.
- Ensure seamless integration between sales tools, CRM systems, and other operational platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and manage commission structures and payout processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
Marketing Operations:
- Oversee and uphold the integrity of our marketing automation systems, encompassing HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Execute and refine marketing campaigns through the adept utilization of marketing automation tools.
- Analyze marketing data to discern growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate marketing performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute campaigns effectively.
- Construct and manage a lead scoring model aimed at enhancing lead quality.
- Supervise the integration between marketing automation systems and other essential tools, including CRM and sales platforms.
- Formulate and implement best practices for data management and hygiene.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Identify and implement improvements in marketing automation processes and systems.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, revenue operations or a related field.
- Proven expertise in working with marketing and sales automation tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
- Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketing and sales data.
- Robust project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
