Position Title: Senior Process Engineer

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and environmental fields.
- Expertise in process engineering, improvement, optimization, and scale-up.
- Proven track record in product and process engineering scale-up, equipment sizing, and validation.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable production practices, waste minimization, and quality enhancement.
- Familiarity with hazardous and industrial waste, wastewater treatment, and chemical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in biological filtration systems and strong project management skills.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance at city, state, and federal levels.
- Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel (up to 30%).
Responsibilities:
- Lead process engineering projects, including feasibility studies and remedial designs.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure successful product scale-up through pilot and manufacturing stages.
- Validate product quality, equipment sizing, and process engineering design.
- Implement process control systems for real-time production monitoring.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with customers on environmental waste treatment and troubleshooting.
- Assist in design package preparation, including engineering calculations and specifications.
- Conduct risk assessments for safety and regulatory compliance.
- Support system operations, maintenance staff, and contribute to plans and reports.
- Identify contaminant sources, manage site assessments, and conduct audits.
