East End Veterinary Center (EEVC) is currently seeking an emergency doctor to join our 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital in Riverhead, NY. The candidate will join an existing team of nine emergency doctors, one of which is our medical director! We are also looking to add a criticalist to lead our ECC efforts.

EEVC is Suffolk County's only VECCS (Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society) level II certified veterinary hospital, which recognizes facilities that meet and exceed their standards and guidelines for quality of care.

Mentorship options are available for new graduates through our ER Mentorship program called ER Immerse. The first five months of training would take place off-site at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital - Tinton Falls in New Jersey, and mentees would return to East End Veterinary Center for the sixth and final month of the training program. Mentees would transition into a Full-Time ER Veterinarian role at East End Veterinary Center following the completion of the mentorship program.
