Well organized and flexible, they should have the ability to work with all levels of management (client and internal), vendors, and possess strong project management ability. They proactively work to move the project towards completion, while balancing project constraints (cost, timeline, scope, and quality).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Managers are the lifeline of our project teams. Well organized and flexible, they should have the ability to work with all levels of management (client and internal), vendors, and possess strong project management ability. They proactively work to move the project towards completion, while balancing project constraints (cost, timeline, scope, and quality).
Responsibilities:
- Assist and review development of project scopes to business impacts and identified risks
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Define project scope and give clear instructions to design + development teams
- Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to team
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Assure that all projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
- Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Ensure that approved requirements are developed in sufficient scope and detail that will result in the delivery of a solution that meets customer needs as they perceive them
- Lead client meetings as required
- Assist with developing quality assurance processes and documentation and testing where needed
- Identify and manage project risk
- Maintain awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal English and communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Able to anticipate issues, identify future choke points and work ahead of time to alleviate potential issues
- Team Player
Preferred:
- Familiarity with eCommerce/website platforms, especially Magento, BigCommerce or Shopify
- Project management experience with a solid understanding of project management methodology
- Demonstrated leadership capability, preferably with leadership experience
- Experience working in a digital agency
