Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position the base salary pay range for Senior Principal is $167,000 - $258,000 and the targeted base salary range is $167,000 - 220,000. The base salary pay range for Director is $192,000 - $307,000, and the targeted base salary range is $192,000 - 240,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Principal / Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-impact consulting solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients in the High-Tech industry.
- Taking large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy formulation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Managing and mentoring client engagement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships at the executive level, serving as a trusted advisor and driving client satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and actively contributing to business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Leveraging your expertise in areas such as business strategy, digital transformation, sustainability, operational improvement, organizational design, and change management to deliver tangible results for our clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging the firm's resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs and drive value.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting with firms such as PwC, Deloitte, Accenture, EY, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in both selling and delivering client work.
- Proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex consulting engagements, including strategy development, implementation, and change management.
- Deep industry expertise across multiple sectors, with a focus on understanding industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through client relationship management, business development, and thought leadership activities.
- Analytical mindset with a strategic orientation, coupled with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on client satisfaction and value creation.
