You Have:

  • Built strategic partnerships across an organization to enable delivery of value-add HR services and provided counsel to leaders and employees
  • Supported the execution of HR strategic plans, aligned to an organization's business priorities
  • Led organizational, team, and role design efforts across a variety of business groups while partnering with client leadership on business objectives
  • Successfully implemented HR programs (such as performance management and employee engagement survey action planning), and have advised and supported leaders and employees on corporate policies and practices
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law requirements to reduce and mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Managed and led various employee relations issues, leveraged conflict management tactics, and have conducted effective and thorough investigations
  • Demonstrated coaching skills
