Director, Organic Social
Darkroom Studios, Miami, FL
We're building the future of advertising and are looking for the minds to help us do it.
Darkroom is a strategic marketing agency with unique access to specialized talent across the globe. Our main function is to provide growth strategy, dedicated team staffing, and profitability consulting to enhance the value of our clients. A category leader in results-driven growth marketing, Darkroom's success is attributed to our unique partnership model, rooted in small, nimble, and dedicated teams - powered by our proprietary MarketingOS.
Taking the startup mindset to the agency space, the collective expertise of our team of entrepreneurs and senior digital marketers are deeply aware of the newest trends in digital marketing. Our learned experience has allowed us to take clients (and internal ventures) from $0 to millions in revenue in just a few months. We work with game-changing brands: Crate & Barrel, Popchips, FEED, Olipop, & CALPAK, to name a few.
This is a remote role, and is open to candidates based in the state(s) of, Pennsylvania, New York, or Florida, and must have the right to work within the United States.
We are thrilled to introduce the role of Director of Organic Social, the first of its kind at Darkroom. As the first employee on our Organic Social team, you will be the key ingredient in building out what we believe is the future foundation of all successful growth marketing programs. The role is a mix of player-coach, and in the beginning, it will consist almost entirely of managing organic programs - mainly TikTok and Instagram - for consumer businesses across categories.
Successful candidates will understand the platforms like the back of their hand; contributing multiple times a day to engaging with content. It is mandatory that candidates are actively creating content either personally or part of their current position, and have a demonstrated track record in building a following with high engagement metrics like saves and shares are important in our evaluation.
You will be working on building brands through compelling content, culturally relevant storytelling, and consumer engagement.
