Position Summary, Duties and Responsibilities
We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will focus on conducting Pilates classes, emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Your responsibilities include developing well-structured Pilates routines for various fitness levels, providing clear instructions and modifications, fostering a positive atmosphere, and ensuring a clean and safe workout environment.

- Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for participants.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in Pilates and fitness.
- Assist in marketing and promoting Pilates classes.

Job Qualifications
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor with expertise in mat-based Pilates.
- Previous experience teaching mat Pilates classes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and first aid certification within the first 90 days.
- Nationally accredited Pilates certification.
- Regularly required to lead/instruct fitness classes assigned by the supervisor.
- Must occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform the job's essential functions.
