Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as both a strategic and operational business partner, providing support to the basecamp (Corporate) teams. Focus on enhancing work relationships, boosting morale, and increasing retention
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify priorities and translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Lead strategic workforce and talent planning initiatives to align with organizational goals
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, approve disciplinary actions, and conducts effective, thorough, timely, and objective investigations
- Responsible for the interpretation of HR policies and processes, while ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures
- Support Leaders with the administration of benefits, FMLA, LOA, and ADA compliance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies that support the critical evolution of the business, ensuring the achievement of sustainable and long-term business results
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to provide leadership development and training
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning
Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications, preferred
Qualifications: Experience
- 5+ years Human Resources, Business Partner, and Employee relations experience
- 1+ year experience in an HR Business partner role in a corporate environment preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
- A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
- Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
