GEOINT SME

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Preting is seeking a GEOINT SME to support USSOCOM.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

GEOINT SME Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide imagery analysis against targets utilizing a variety of platforms to Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate the collected intelligence.
  • Interface with internal and external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data, collection product sharing, and integration of required intelligence.
  • Support collection planning events, testing, and exercises to include ground-truth exercise of emerging capabilities and interface with DoD and Interagency stakeholders.
  • Support the development of CONOPS and TTPs for operational systems and activities.
  • Perform data analytics and support the development of solutions to mitigate emerging threats.
  • Work with minimal guidance and be fully capable of meeting most analytical requirements with little to no direction.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and organizations to provide accurate technical information that contributes to the overall analytical picture for integration into CONOPS, Plans, assessments, and decision briefings.
  • Work in a rapidly high tempo high stress environment and often requires multi-tasking
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

GEOINT SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a GEOINT Analyst
  • Experience with SAR, EO, LIDAR, Full-Spectrum, and/or Hyper-Spectral
  • Experience using SoftCopy Keys, remote View SOCET GXS ArcGIS, ERSI
  • Experience with strategic and theater GEOINT analysis
  • National Technical Means (NTM) experience
  • Experience conducting first phase imagery analysis
  • Understanding and/or experience of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and the methodologies
  • Imagery exploitation and intelligence research and production experience
  • Add advanced understanding on NGA vector and raster databases
  • Desired to have extensive SOF experience
  • Desired to have experience supporting NGA
  • Desired to have advanced knowledge of Python scripting language
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
