Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled SME Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Lead at our customer site in either McLean, VA or Bethesda, MD. The position is to Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of strategies in alignment with ODNI's and the IC DEI and strategic plan goals and objectives

This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI with Polygraph. You must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:
• Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of strategies in alignment with ODNI's and the IC DEI and strategic plan goals and objectives.
• Work collaboratively across task areas and with the Government to ensure underserved communities are represented across the enterprise and advance the priorities regarding DEIA as articulated in EO 14035 as well as ODNI's strategic DEIA planning.
• Design and implement organization-wide DEI culture change efforts to advance the ODNI and IC mission
• Engage with external partners to execute the DEI strategy
• Conduct ongoing assessment of diversity efforts to inform ODNI's DEI strategy and work plans
• Advise, partner, and collaborate with Human Resources and stakeholders to advance diversity recruitment and retention strategies
• This is a priority staff position outlined in the transition plan (L.6.4

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience or Master's degree with 10 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with program management.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience assessing and developing DEIA initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience creating career development programs for GS and Senior level employees.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting process improvements leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Demonstrate understanding and handling of HR related data sets.
  • Experience facilitating small or large meetings with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI with Polygraph. You must be a US citizen.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
  • DEIA Certification
  • Senior Profession in Human Resources (SPHR).
  • Senior Human Resource Management (SHRM - CP or SHRM - SCP).
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification Green Belt.
  • Human-Center Design Facilitator Certification.
