The National Security Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a cleared Open-Source Operations Analyst to work at a customer location in Saint Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to apply OSINT and GEOINT tradecraft research principles to identify and collect OSINT and GOSINT data in support of IC and DoD geospatial information needs. The geospatial open-source analyst will also perform tipping and cueing activities in support of a government customer. At customer direction, the analyst will monitor and report on emerging world events in a timely manner providing first look reporting to the customer. Monitoring will cover a variety of topics and regions and require use of a combination of classified and open sources, open and commercial geospatial resources, news and social media sources. This is an opportunity to enhance your expertise, advance new skills in tipping and queueing tools and share knowledge with other analysts.
Primary Responsibilities. The candidate shall perform the following duties:
Collect, research, evaluate, and develop geospatial open-source data to meet customer needs in a time dominant work environment.
Suggest and implement process improvements.
Support presentations of activities, discoveries, conclusions, and/or tradecraft to leadership, partners, and customers.
Test the accuracy and functionality of automated tipping and queuing tools.
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic 24/7/365 environment supporting the GEOINT mission as a team-member.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

Required Qualifications.
- 3+ years of work experience in open source research, geospatial analysis, or similar role.
- TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Knowledge of multi-INT sources and capabilities.
- 1+ years of demonstrated work experience directly engaging with GEOINT and IC partners/customers.
- Ability to support and perform work on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule in a 24/7/365 environment.
- Capacity to adhere to strict deadlines and satisfy customer requirements while working under limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Foreign language expertise.
- Knowledge of DoD/IC databases and services.
- Experience with GIS or imagery software applications.
- Experience using analytic visualization software, ie. Palatir, Analyst Notebook.
- Ability to provide briefings and communicate with partners across the IC and DoD to modernize and enable intelligence integration.
- Knowledge of DoD and IC missions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Cartography, Cultural Studies, GIS, History, Hydrology, Remote Sensing or a related STEM area of study.
