Willdan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Webmaster to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and maintaining websites, creating compelling digital signage, managing intranet platforms, orchestrating social media campaigns, and utilizing online marketing platforms for marketing automation. This role requires a creative mindset, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to effectively engage our audience across various digital platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Implement SEO strategies to optimize website performance and increase organic traffic.
  • Ensure websites are compliant to all local and Federal regulations.
  • Ensure websites are built with modern best practices security frameworks.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve coding issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • Inventory and audit management of domains under the ownership of Willdan.
  • Conceptualize and create engaging digital signage content for various platforms, including displays and kiosks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of digital signage content.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital signage campaigns, adjusting as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the company's intranet platform, ensuring it serves as an effective communication and collaboration tool for employees.
  • Develop and update intranet content to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and events.
  • Provide training and support to employees on intranet usage and best practices.
  • Coordinate with corporate services and business groups to ensure their messages are distributed consistently and appropriately to their target audiences.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and customer relationship management processes.
  • Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, workflows, and landing pages using marketing platform.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in website design and development, digital signage management, intranet administration, social media management, and marketing platform utilization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service in a highly dynamic growth environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Expert Knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensuring full compliance on our websites with all laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards.
  • Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
  • HubSpot certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and digital signage software (e.g., Appspace).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media management platforms.
  • Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, CSS, and HTML
  • Strong understanding of front end and back end development processes.
