Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Commercial Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture potential leads, ensuring a robust pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Support Kargo's enterprise business by sourcing, lead and demand generation, and providing data insights to sales leaders.
- Work closely with our sales team, providing tactical marketing support to unlock new opportunities to our largest accounts.
- Design, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels including email, social media, PPC, and more.
- Manage HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs, optimizing features for lead/pipeline management, marketing automation, tracking and reporting.
- Track, analyze and report on KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine strategies.
- Own and execute best in class Account Based Marketing programs while serving as a center of excellence for enterprise marketing strategy.
Experience
- 2+ years experience in sales, growth, or B2B marketing.
- Experience with SQL, python, and/or other data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve quality results on time, while working under tight deadlines.
- Competitive, self-starter and works well within a team environment.
- High level of interest in technology and supply chain management.
- Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise, a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred.
