Job Summary

Moroch is seeking to hire an Ad Operations Manager to manage the execution of paid media advertising campaigns (including video, display, audio and native) for their clients. This person will oversee day-to-day ad operations across the team and takes a critically central role in the daily execution of client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manages ongoing and day-to-day Google Campaign Manager 360 ad trafficking, ad server set up, and campaign launches across multiple accounts, including campaign creation/updates, creative uploads and rotational updates, and providing vendor access.
  • Oversees the organization of large collections of assets and deliverables, including ensuring that they are prepped for ad server uploads.
  • Participates in development of performance tracking and tagging strategy.
  • Serves as supervisory and second-tier source for quality assurance processes and escalated trafficking issues.
  • Builds and updates workflow and training documentation outlining Ad Operations best practices.
  • Conducts ongoing reviews of ad server, tag managers, and other ad tech platforms to ensure they are performing optimally.
  • Collaborates closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate campaign set up and execution.
  • Works as a part of the larger Ad Ops team, supporting day-to-day communication with team, vendors and clients, and participates in team meetings and brainstorms.
  • Stays abreast of new ad tech and industry news and advancements that affect ad operations and the platforms used.


Qualifications
  • 4+ years' experience in agency-side digital ad operations.
  • Advanced demonstrated expertise and skill in Google Campaign Manager 360, including building complex campaigns using the bulk import function, reviewing assets for compatibility, IAS integration, and other steps critical to the ad trafficking process.
  • Strong capability in Google Tag Manager and general tag management processes, including the ability to create floodlights, build GTM triggers, comprehend custom variable and dataLayer needs, QA tags and identify or confirm site placement (through GTM and/or browser extensions).

  • Advanced knowledge of digital media asset specification requirements and evaluating compatibility issues (including VAST, HTML5, rich media, etc).

  • Outstanding fluency in multi-channel digital media, including site-direct, programmatic and broadcast trafficking ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • High degree of organization and exceptional attention to detail, with must-have ability to multitask and display efficient time management in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellently skilled at approaching problem solving with a critical lens.
  • Excels in working independently while understanding how their work is integral to the success of the team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Affinity and ease for learning new skills and onboarding new ad tech tools and processes.
  • Experience in managing campaign execution for cooperative marketing models is a major plus.

  • We are open to considering remote employees. Local Dallas residents will have the option of a fully remote or hybrid in-office working environment.
  • This role may be asked to travel for client or internal meetings UP TO the following % of their time throughout a given year: 15%
