Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SONITROL National Sales Manager to focus on growing sales of Sonitrol and 3xLOGIC product lines. In this role, you will work directly with existing Sonitrol franchises and strategic Securitas branches, assisting their sales teams in driving product adoption and increasing sales. This position requires a deep understanding of the Sonitrol and 3xLOGIC product offerings, along with the ability to support, train, and collaborate with these key partners to expand their market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive year over year revenue growth of SONITROL and 3xLOGIC products in the SONITROL franchise network, exceeding annual quotea
  • Partner Management: Serve as the primary sales contact for Sonitrol franchises and designated Securitas branches across North America, fostering strong relationships and helping to drive product sales growth.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with franchise and branch sales teams, assisting with joint sales calls to present and promote Sonitrol and 3xLOGIC product solutions.
  • Product Education & Training: Conduct ongoing training sessions to educate sales teams on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Sonitrol and 3xLOGIC products, focusing on new product releases.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with franchises and branches to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities to increase product sales, and align offerings with customer needs.
  • Basic System Design Support: Assist salespeople with basic system designs, ensuring they are prepared to meet customer requirements with the appropriate solutions.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend and contribute to regular sales meetings with both Sonitrol franchises and Securitas branches to review sales performance, share insights, and develop growth plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, including 3xLOGIC sales team, marketing, technical support, and product management, to provide feedback from the field and ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Other: Other tasks as needed to support overall sales growth

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the security industry, with a strong focus on intrusion alarms, access control, and video surveillance systems, preferably with Sonitrol and/or 3xLOGIC product lines.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Sonitrol and 3xLOGIC product offerings, as well as the broader security and surveillance technology landscape.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to drive product success.
  • Training & Education: Proven ability to conduct effective training and product demonstrations, tailoring the message to different audiences within the franchise and branch environments.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience providing basic system design support for security products, helping to ensure successful solution deployment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% to visit Sonitrol franchises and Securitas branches, supporting their sales efforts and attending industry events.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the security needs and operations of Sonitrol franchises and Securitas branches.
  • Experience working in B2B sales, especially with security dealers and intrgrators.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
