  • Located 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean on Kempsville Road - adjacent to I-264 and Virginia Beach Blvd.
  • Many amenities around the practice building - hospital and E.R., grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping
  • Safe location - well-lit parking lot
  • Primary Care First practice location - CMS care model focusing on access to care and quality outcomes
  • 100% outpatient clinic - no hospital responsibility
  • M-F 8-5, no weekends - Prefer 5-8's but open to discuss flexible schedule options
  • Full time schedule - 36 patient contact/4 hours admin
  • Call 1:4 weeks Rotation - emergency patient calls only, No Rx, no hospital responsibility
  • Practice is open to Family or Internal Medicine MD/DO - all patients are age 18+
  • Our team is 2 MD and 3 APC's currently and the practice is growing
  • Average 17-22 patients per day after ramp-up period
  • EPIC EMR and MyChart for telehealth/virtual health appointments
  • Dedicated 1:1 provider/CMA support
  • Lab and XRay in practice

Eligible Candidates will have completed a U.S. Residency Program, be Board Eligible or Board Certified by ABMS / ABIM / ABFM and authorized to work anywhere in the U.S.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Bon Secours Offers a very competitive base compensation and the opportunity to earn bonus based on wRVU Productivity, attainment
    of quality goals, and collaboration with APC's.
  • 35 days of ATO annually is front-loaded, not accrued.
  • Medical/dental/vision/Rx/FSA benefits begin on first of month following date of hire.
