Advanced Practice Provider - General Surgery

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work meet the growing demand for general surgery services at FPN Indy Southside Surgical located in Indianapolis, IN. Interested candidate will join our group of 8 physicians, multiple advanced practice providers and APP nocturnists.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will experience in past or present hospital rounding and surgical assisting, and have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. New graduates with high interest in surgery and trauma and experienced providers who share our mission of quality, compassionate care and outstanding customer service are encouraged to apply. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Full-time schedule
- Weekend call rotation: 1:7
- Inpatient and Operating Room work only
- Average inpatient volume: varies
- Up-to-date technologies and state-of-the-art surgical equipment

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Required
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
