Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload within litigation, overseeing cases from inception to resolution
- Foster collaboration and close cooperation with fellow attorneys and partners
- Attend court proceedings and participate in depositions
- Generate reports and maintain communication with clients
- Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys
- Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses
- Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda
- Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
- Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions
- Participate in court hearings and mediations
- Licensed in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- Two or more years of civil litigation experience
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload
- Strong research and writing skills
- Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
- Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
