Pre-op population of Epic * Patient Age Demographic: 3-100+ * Description of OR Staff: Congenial, professional and helpful staff * Number of Operating Rooms: We run three anesthesia sites per day (includes OR's and endoscopy rooms) Procedures Required: * General Surgical Cases ADULT * Minor Nerve Blocks * Plexus anesthesia * Epidural Anesthesia * Spinal Anesthesia * Regional Anesthesia * Obstetrical Cases Pain Management Procedures: Acute Insertion of: Arterial line Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues?
