Job Title: Process Optimization Manager
Location: Must be local to WA state, 4-5day onsite requirement (Bellevue)

The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.
What You'll Do
• Use business process mapping techniques to 1) define the product development launch cycle, 2) identify efficiencies, 3) recommend mechanisms to implement changes, and 4) use change management and communications skills to help employees adopt those changes.
• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly
• Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers
• Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction
What You'll Bring
• 7-10 years' experience advising high-performing teams in a cross-functional environment; documented success leading mechanism implementation to standardize processes to create clarity out of ambiguity amid newly emerging and changing business needs.
• More than 5 years' experience in a fast-paced communications environment for a large corporation or agency leading client-facing products, account development/relationship and strategy-centric teams.
• Holds strong operational skills to drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams and successfully implement change management best practices across a distributed workforce. (Required)
• Passion for growing and coaching teams with documented success on employee experience and engagement. (Required)
• Proven ability to work with high level people managers and deliver outstanding results. (Required)
• Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, and planning. (Required)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication. (Required)
• Change management best practices. (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $75/HR to $85/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
