• Demonstrates an advanced level of proficiency in executing workmanship on production projects including large line-ups and complex sections in all areas of assembly. Installing all types of electrical components and devices onto pans and into enclosures per drawing packages, assembly guides, and instructions defined by the Engineering Department. • Prep and install electrical components, switches, meters, breaker cells, breakers, nameplates, sensors, etc. by reading and comprehending drawing packages, layouts and documents with little to no supervision, to efficiently build customized equipment in order to meet and exceed deadlines. • Perform daily tasks with safe and proper use of equipment and tools. overhead cranes, pallet jacks, tilt tables, saw horses, stools, ladders, torque wrenches, drills, hand tools, air and electric power tools, tape measures, etc. • Interpret and apply advanced electrical manufacturing knowledge and principles while reading specifications to make determinations on component parts, methods, sequencing, and advising team members and departments of errors to technical drawings as a means of proactive quality measures. • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized work area by complying with safety procedures, rules, quality standards and best practices, and relying on pre-established guidelines or directions from senior team members to perform tasks optimally. • Maintain operational excellence by completing necessary paperwork such as Discrepancy Lists, Quality Check Lists, QCP Deficiencies, Shop Drawing Corrections, NCR's • 2 years of experience assembling electrical switchboards from a drawing package in our manufacturing facility. • 3 years of experience working in an electrical apprenticeship, as an electronic repairman, or HVAC installer, preferred.
