job summary:

Hiring an experienced candidate for the Sanitation Coordinator position with a Food Manufacturing client in the Otay Mesa area. An ideal candidate will have experience in sanitation and leading a team, able to work on a computer, and be bilingual (Spanish). Temp to Hire (after 90 days), $25/hour, this is for a third shift. TEAM LEADERSHIP AND SANITATION RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead daily huddles Perform startup, shutdowns, and pre-operational inspections Daily scheduling Employee development Perform daily titrations and ensure chemicals are at the correct concentration Daily Behavioral Observations and Safety completion Perform 5S audits Safety Inspections COMPUTER/ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure documentation completion Participate and collaborate in meetings KHMS audits Daily data entry into corporate databases SOWI, Pre-op Inspections, Performance monitoring Ordering and receiving of goods Training Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Able to work a third shift, including Sundays, holidays, and plant shutdowns Prior manufacturing experience Sanitation experience

salary: $25/hr

work hours: 11:30PM to 7:00AM
