BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE
Summary: Staci Americas is a dynamic and rapidly growing 3PL/E-commerce company that offers a wide range of services to our customers globally. We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Regional Director of Operations to join our team. The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities within a specific geographic region, ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This role will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives while managing a team of General Managers.

Warehouse: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy.
Travel: 50% of travel is required. Travel increases during peak season, start-ups, audits, training, support etc.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Clearly communicate vision, strategy, and expectations to the team
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance
- Design, strategize and set goals for revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of General Managers to ensure operational goals are met
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience
- Serve as a liaison between the regional teams and senior leadership
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to align regional strategies with overall company goals
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure operational standards are being met
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase productivity
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance
- Meet with clients as required to address operational needs and build relationships
- Oversee the completion of day-to-day operational tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations management within the logistics industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or regions
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Business process and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.)
