Seeking an Electrical Assembler to start Immediately!! Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform repetitive plumbing and mechanical assembly or simple electro-mechanical assembly involving sensitive or precise dexterous movements. You will be required to maintain the pace and quality of assembly work and follow all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality. Responsibilities Perform repetitive plumbing and mechanical assembly or simple electro-mechanical assembly Maintain pace and quality of assembly work Follow all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality Receive components or items for assembly and/or test in a programmed sequence Assemble mechanical or electrical components using sensitive hand and equipment coordination Assemble all variations of in-house standard products Follow assembly/test instructions Use simple hand or power tools along with uncomplicated jigs and fixtures Enter work hours in ERP system (currently SAP) Drive continuous improvement processes Conduct daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities Read and interpret blueprints Maintain equipment and area in a clean, safe condition Essential Skills Plumbing and mechanical assembly Electro-mechanical assembly Hand and equipment coordination Use of simple hand or power tools Use of uncomplicated jigs and fixtures Use of ERP system (SAP) Reading and interpreting blueprints Work Environment You will be working in a clean industrial facility with about 30-40 employees per shift. You will be required to lift up to 50 lbs independently. Anything that weighs more will be team-lifted or rigged. Work hours are 1st shift 6am-2:30pm or 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm with some overtime once trained. Shift & Pay Monday - Friday: 2pm - 10:30pm $20-21 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
