We are seeking a seasoned Software Program Manager who can work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance our DevOps and SaaS capabilities. This role requires strong programmanagement skills, a deep understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Technical degree in Engineering, Math, or Science
- Experience in program management of strategic initiatives related to DevOps, Cloud, and SaaS capabilities
- Ability to understand technology; able to participate and contribute to technical conversations
- Ability to influence others even when you do not have direct authority over them
- Experience with Agile software development practices
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
