Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (Relocation required if not currently based in the area)

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Senior Director of Site Merchandising for Consumables. In this role, you will shape the future of online shopping by driving strategy, visual merchandising, and content development to create a seamless, engaging, and innovative digital shopping experience.
What You'll Do:
As the Senior Director of Site Merchandising, you will oversee the end-to-end customer experience on our digital platform. From crafting a holistic site strategy to leading visual merchandising and campaign execution, you will ensure customers enjoy a frictionless shopping experience. You'll drive innovation, identify areas for improvement, and execute solutions to continuously elevate our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of a best-in-class site experience across categories, including visual merchandising, site navigation, search functionality, and product onboarding.
- Develop and execute site strategies that resonate with customers, using insights to drive a cohesive and engaging shopping journey.
- Champion change by adopting cutting-edge digital tools and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and resilience.
- Monitor site performance through analytics, offering strategic insights and ensuring operational excellence.
- Build strong partnerships across internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable processes.
- Develop a high-performing team by recruiting top talent, supporting mentorship and development, and embracing diversity to drive team success.

- Leveraging analytics to monitor site health and making strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Building and developing a diverse, high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in merchandising, site merchandising, or a related field.
- Ecommerce and Digital Experience
- Consumable Goods Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience leading a team in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong focus on customer-centric site design and experience.
- Experience managing a P&L.
- Proficiency in both unpaid and paid digital channels (SEO, CRM, Affiliates).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
