Humans are essential in providing the best training data for these models, and Scale operates the largest network of humans in the world to provide this training data.As Partner Development Manager, GenAI Operations, you will be responsible for driving partner and vendor programs that support and grow our global data delivery capabilities. The role involves a combination of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial vision, and comfort with independence and ambiguity. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the entire breadth of scale, including Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Legal, and Policy. This role reports to the VP of Finance, GenAI and is based in San Francisco, CA.What you'll do:We’re looking for a proven and experienced commercially-minded individual to lead existing partners and new partner development centered around driving the growth of the global Scale contributor ecosystemThe Partner Manager will work with external partners and internal stakeholders to source and qualify new partnerships, drive partner activation and enablement, identify opportunities for business improvement, and negotiate and execute agreementsBuild scalable processes that improve internal reporting and compliance, and support Scale’s procure-to-pay processesLead operations partner and vendor program management efforts, including annual planning, OKRs, contract execution, proactively resolving business issues, driving policy compliance; and internal reportingRepresent Scale in external meetings with companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethicsIdeally, you'd have:Proven commercial track record and experience (4+ years) in business development, partnerships management or a related role at a high growth technology companyDemonstrated success in owning and scaling growth partnerships, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving innovation and identifying new business opportunitiesNice to have:Proficiency in SQLCompensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
