DescriptionAuria is looking to hire a System Engineer, Technical Integration Lead to join our team and support the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. Work location can be either in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL. Support Iteration Planning by driving technical coordination across the ARTs is understood and reflected in ART and RMA plans. Identify significant work efforts that involve multiple ARTs and drive cross-team coordination. Lead and coordinate the Joint Product Team (JPT) for C2NT - coordinating with BC counterpart on agenda.Essential Functions:Track and Manage PRs across the C2BMCTrack, Manage, and Assess Metrics across C2BMCAssess and Refine metrics to provide actionable dataIntegrates and -de-conflicts Solution Chief Spiral/Blocks (ensure that changes are coordinated and understood across all spirals and appropriate phasing is documented)Establish and Manage the C2BMC Program RoadmapEnsure the Capability Landing Page is populated and prioritizedAbility to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findingsDemonstrated ability to implement engineering plans within a projectDetail OrientedExperience with Agile Methods and Capability & Feature definitionExperience writing & Reviewing proposals and EEsUnderstanding of C2BMC's mission and the Systems Engineering Life CycleExperience with integration of procedures and processes across engineering disciplinesAbility to adapt to constant change and communicate and coordinate across engineering disciplinesSome travel is required.Basic Qualifications:Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.An active SECRET clearance is required to startBachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 10 years of experience, or a PhD and 8 years of experienceCoordinating with solution management and solution chiefs to identify impacts and develop recommended changes to the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) Coordinate the SEIT board for integration, ensuring the right people are engaged.
