This engineer will define and manage system requirements for remote operations of L4 trucking. This engineer will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of this project in the automotive industry space.At Applied Intuition, you will:Design, monitor and manage full system-level requirements for remote operations for the overall built system and ensure that the system meets the intended requirementsPlan and define all necessary HW and SW components to enable remote operations including remote operations centerProvide clear goals for all areas of a project and develop steps to oversee their timely execution so that requirements can be metConvert customer needs into system requirements and devise operational objectives for the system as a wholeWork with verification and validation to ensure requirements are being verified throughout the development processWe're looking for someone who has:5+ years of experience in a system engineering role responsible for owning system requirements, testing systems for verification, and designing system requirements in the automotive industryIdeally has experience in working on remote operation of autonomous systemsMS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent requiredExpertise in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering Experience with ADAS,  autonomous systems and roboticsKnowledge of existing standards and regulations relevant in the automotive industryKnowledge of architectural design of remote operations systems Mastery of strong collaboration with other teams, customers, and companies to ensure high quality deliverablesNice to have:Prior work in either autonomous vehicles or ADAS Project management and leadership experience in the AV industry Research experience in the AV and robotics fieldsThe salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.Don’t meet every single requirement?
