The Digital PM Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.Responsibilities:Responsible for providing leadership and direction to one or more scrum teams and will hold end-to-end responsibility for the product ownedComplete customer and industry research to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points and validate potential solutionsCollaborate with a talented group of designers to define the product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designsTranslate research and product metrics into hypotheses, product requirements and detailed user storiesLead the product through the various gates, including operations, fraud, risk, legal and compliancePartner with engineering to prioritize the roadmap, work through challenges, and build, test, launch and optimize the new product experienceContinuously track key metrics and validate the success of the product/features, while creating new hypotheses to kick-start the lifecycle againAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:10+ years of experienceProduct management experience with a leading tech company or an early/growth stage funded startPrior leadership experience in lending business, especially digital lendingEntrepreneurial mind-set, digital savviness and strategic thinking to deliver a truly innovative lending solution from the ground upAble think big, challenge the norms and expand our thinking to deliver a lending platform that brings great customer value as well as drives business goalsSharp; think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always be one step aheadConsumer-centric; empathetic towards the customer with the ability to put yourself in their customer's shoesObsession for digital productsA willingness and appetite to do what it takes to take the product from concept to launchDistinct analytical background with the ability to find data, identify and run tests, distil the results quickly and turn it into actionable insightsHigh-level understanding of technical problems and how to break down the work involved in solving themConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationGreat team member and partnerEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
