Advanced Practice Provider - Occupational Medicine

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who specializes in Occupational Medicine to join our team at our Franciscan Health WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana.
WHAT WE NEED:
Candidate will have ACLS/BLS certifications and will be able to see all patient types. Occupational Medicine experience of 2 years is preferred, but not required. Candidate should be comfortable with workmans compensation injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, musculoskeletal injuries, and other work-related injuries or services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Flexible provider schedule; No weekends or holidays
Provide virtual support to outreach locations in Western and Central Indiana
Average outpatient volume: 17 - 22 patients per day
Telehealth offered
On-site training required in Indianapolis for up to 6 weeks; Mileage will be reimbursed

Exposures
Lacerations
Musculoskeletal injuries
Pre-employment, DOT, and Non-DOT physicals
Sprain and Strains

Qualifications:
Master's Degree - Required
Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
