Position: Nephrologist (Full-Time)

About the Opportunity: This is a unique chance to join or take over an established Nephrology practice in Chelmsford, MA, just outside Boston. The practice is owned and operated by a single physician, Dr. Sepulveda, who is looking for an immediate or 2 to 3-year transition to ownership.

Practice Details:

• Outpatient Focus: 60 patients per week in the office, 40 on dialysis.
• Inpatient Coverage: The hospital sees 20 patients daily, with light-duty weekend call
• Support Staff: 1 RN and 1 Medical Assistant.
• EMR Systems: Cerner for the office; EPIC for the hospital.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
• No night call.
• Short weekend call negotiable. 
• Partnership with buy-in option or full practice transfer available.
• New grads are welcome, with BC/BE required.
• Competitive compensation ranges from $330K - $500K, depending on the physician's chosen workload.
• Transition to ownership could be immediate or over a couple of years (Negotiable).

Candidate Requirements:

• Specialty in Nephrology.
• MD/DO accepted.

Compensation:

• Negotiable based on workload and structure of the transfer.
• Expected range: $330K-$500K based on chosen caseload
