Geriatrician Position Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Geriatrician for our multi-disciplinary team serving our patients in the town of Windham CT, located just outside of the vibrant main campus of the University of Connecticut. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric consults.

  • Role: 100% geriatric medicine, outpatient clinic-based consults and SNF consults
  • Location:  Windham, CT
  • Schedule:  Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options)
  • Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
  • Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
  • Guarantee range: $240,000 - $345,000
