With a diversity of people, global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with other curious, creative 3Mers.This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Safety and Industrial Business Group Commerce Services Specialist supporting USAC, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Leading operations and sales engagement activities for Commerce Services with 3M channel partnersIncreasing penetration of Commerce Services solutions within key accounts, and exceeding forecastsAchieving annual operating plans.Preparing and executing an annual pipeline and activation plan.Fostering strong relationships with key account contacts, especially IT leaders, in partnership with 3M sales leadsSupporting the execution of Commerce Services projects in partnership with IT and Commerce Services leadership Providing customers’ voice within 3M to identify and resolve customer problems related to broader Commercial Center solutionsIdentifying and prioritizing alternative channel opportunities in support of Commerce Services goals (ex: may include 3M bCom portal, EDI or content syndication activations.)May provide customer-facing training and coaching, or other solutions and projects as required.Spending 80% of time in contact with the channel customer and related 3M Sales LeadersYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.Five (5) years of experience in information architecture (IA), User Experience, Web Strategy in a public, private or military environment.Two (2) years of experience in Data Analytics. (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or equivalent)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong selling and key account management skillsStrong and consistent project objective results; demonstrated attention to detail.Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills with a keen ability to listen and ask the right questionsProblem solving ability & resourcefully innovative in order to fulfil customers’ requirements.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt certification, or Agile/Scrum experienceAdvanced Excel (e.g., Pivot tables) and experience drawing insights from data analytics is a plusWork location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 5%domesticRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
