Join us in shaping the future of our technology ecosystem!Key Responsibilities:Innovation LeadershipIntroduce fresh perspectives and innovative approachesLead integration efforts using Accelerators, Cloud, API, MuleSoft, SWIFT, securities, loans and deposit systemsDevelop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with organizational goalsProcess OptimizationEnhance CI/CD pipelines for improved efficiency and reliabilityImprove regression testing methodologies to ensure software qualityImplement robust tracking systems for better project management and visibilityScalability and SecurityDevelop strategies for handling increased volumes and usersEnsure compliance with information security standardsImplement best practices for data protection and privacyEcosystem ImprovementAssess and upgrade current compliance technology ecosystemImplement necessary improvements for scalability and efficiencyEnsure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systemsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with existing leadership to align technology initiatives with business goalsBridge gaps between departments and initiativesFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersSkill Sets:Technical ExpertiseExtensive experience in application integration, development and architectureStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and automationProficiency in scalable payment solutionsKnowledge of information security best practices and compliance standardsKnowledge of Python, Java, rapid collaborative prototypingLeadership and ManagementTrack record of forming and leading full stack technology teamsExperience in agile planning and executionAbility to mentor and develop team membersInnovation and Problem-SolvingDemonstrated ability to introduce and implement innovative solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in process optimization and efficiency improvementsCommunication and CollaborationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience in stakeholder management and executive-level reportingIndustry KnowledgeGood understanding of current technology trends and future directionsFamiliarity with payment technologyExperience in scaling technology solutions for growing organizationsProject and Change ManagementProven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projectsExperience in leading organizational change and digital transformation initiativesThe expected base salary ranges from $160k-$210k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
