Physician / New York / Permanent / Senior Enterprise Strategy Lead Job

A New York City-based financial services company is looking to add a newSenior Enterprise Strategy Lead to their growing team in Manhattan. In this role, theSenior Enterprise Strategy Lead will be responsible forleading and overseeing the development and execution of high-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

TheSenior Enterprise Strategy Leadwill:

• Developing and refining the overall corporate strategy, including conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential growth opportunities or risks to the business
• Defining strategic initiatives, identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Leading strategic planning processes, facilitate and guide the development of annual strategic plans, including setting goals, establishing metrics, and defining implementation plans
• Drivingstrategic decision-making and providing insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team to help inform and guide key business decisions
• Managing strategic partnerships and alliances by identifying and evaluating potential partnerships that can help the company achieve its strategic objectives
• Monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and delivering the intended results
• Proactively identifying potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company can effectively navigate challenges and uncertainties
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Strategy Development, Execution, and Performance Management either at a management consulting firm within an internal corporate strategy
• Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
• Experience at a Management Consulting firm
• Experience in Strategic Planning methodologies, such as SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard, or scenario planning
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Commercial and/or Private Banking background
