This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to enter on the ground floor of a new capability team focused on global impact. A strong candidate will be passionate about helping nonprofit organizations use technology to solve big problems. They will understand the problems nonprofit organizations uniquely face, and know how to solve them with Salesforce. In this role, you will engage with our customers by leading discovery and solution design and by bringing the best practices and knowledge of the platform to our solutions. You will engage in pursuits by helping define the architecture, writing proposals, and leading customer demonstrations and partner with our industry selling team. You will be an expert in the Nonprofit Cloud product and work with non-technical and technical resources on how to best use it. This is an opportunity to elevate the way Slalom goes to market and delivers world-class solutions that leverage a wide variety of enterprise platforms and technologies combined with non profit sector subject matter expertise. What You’ll Do Own sales solutions Drives conversations with our customer’s technology teams and business stakeholders to connect desired outcomes directly to Salesforce solution implementations using best practices Collaborates with Salesforce, client, and partner architects in developing the proposed solutions to deliver clients’ business outcomes, with a primary focus on Nonprofit Cloud Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions based on RFPs, client conversations, or partner asks. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality. Own solution direction and outcomes for client delivery Serve as the Nonprofit Cloud technical leader and subject matter expert for Salesforce projects globally Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers Support Capability Development Lead Slalom in understanding new Nonprofit Cloud product and technical capabilities as well as refining continued best practice Advise the customer and Slalom’s delivery team on Nonprofit Cloud best practices, best solutions, re-usable assets, and product feature Helps experiment with, pilot, and scale new Salesforce and partner offerings  Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Interview candidates to join our growing team Shares responsible for utilization and revenue outcomes for the capability Drive Brand Development Participate in marketing events (e.g. conferences, industry events, sales meetings) Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations  Continues professional development and increases fluency with non-profit sector topics, concepts, and frameworks as the landscape continues to evolve Travel requirements: willingness to travel up to 25% for the Global Technology Team What You’ll Bring 3-5+ years of Salesforce experience Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills Experience with Salesforce project delivery with a preference towards consulting experience Passionate about non profit sector’s role and technology to support nonprofit missions Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire Preference to experience utilizing Nonprofit Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack, or with Salesforce’s Industry Clouds Preference to previous sales and pre-sales solutioning experience Preference to technical development experience such as hands-on configuration and development of complex business processes Preference to previous experience with non profit sector customers About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Senior Consultant role is $110,000 - $203,000. For the Principal Architect role, the base salary pay range is $122,000- $225,000. For the Senior Delivery Principal role, the base salary pay range is $140,000 -$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
