Export / Administrative Specialist

Staffmark is hiring an Export / Administrative Specialist for a global logistics and freight forwarding company in Portland, OR. If you're detail-oriented, have experience with Outlook and Excel, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this temp-to-hire position may be the perfect fit for you!
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage documents from carriers
- Handle billing tasks and update shipping schedules
- Monitor cargo in transit and ensure timely deliveries
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, greeting visitors, and maintaining an organized workspace
- Must be fluent in English
- Proficient in Outlook and Excel
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Resume required
