Salary: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Role Overview: They are looking for a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience, particularly in employment and business law. You will manage your own caseload from intake through trial, ensuring our clients receive tailored, high-quality legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist businesses in preventing, navigating, and resolving complex legal issues.
- Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Advise businesses on structuring company policies and procedures.
- Research and analyze legal disputes, developing compelling arguments and evidence for representation.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents pertinent to business operations.
- Identify and report potential legal issues to appropriate authorities.
- Negotiate contracts, transactions, and settlements on behalf of clients, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage multiple clients and cases with varying deadlines, ensuring effective prioritization.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience (including single plaintiff employment, class action defense, PAGA, contract disputes, etc.).
- Proficiency in Westlaw and outstanding research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and lead cases to trial.
- Strong work ethic: hardworking, punctual, organized, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and is willing to embrace new challenges.
