Urology Locums Job in Colorado Clinic, Night Call, and Weekend Call December Start and Ongoing

Schedule needed for Assignment :
All shifts end the following day at 7am.
December 16-29
January 27-February 2
March 10-16
Site will need about one week per month ongoing starting April 2025

Job Details/Requirements:
Board Certified Urology - required, cannot accept Board Eligible candidates
Active Colorado license - required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Active BLS, DEA - required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Clean Malpractice/background - required, willing to accept 1 case up to $300k
One week per month ongoing
Monday-Friday - 8am-4pm + 4pm-7am (night call) & Saturday-Sunday - 24 hour call (7am-7am)
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
OR time for various procedures
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
